Atlantic Graphics has maintained a cutting edge department with a 100% digital workflow. Supporting PC and MAC files we process digitally, scan digitally, proof and plate digitally.  This allows us to maintain a quality standard that is as high as possible with today’s equipment. Our technicians utilize a Creo workflow which is centered on using a “rip-it-once – output-it-many” concept. This gives you the surety that when you approve a proof the same “ripped file” will be used to output your plates. We can provide a variety of proof methods from low resolution paper proofs to high-end digital match-prints.  Providing our tech’s with the right equipment allows them to be nimble, flexible and right on when your files arrive.

When we first started out we were a traditional “Heidelberg Shop.” But more recently we realized that Mitsubishi had the ability to lay down superior ink coverage while high lighting the excellent square spot technology of Creo. So when your project is in house you can relax because we offer both types of presses. If you need laser compatible inks, metallic inks, wax free inks for UV processes or even special varnishes and aqueous coatings our press operators are fully prepared to answer the call to action. With the years of experience our personnel have it’s a rare job that comes into the pressroom without an effective plan to produce the job to your exacting standards. Whether it’s a simple black and white halftone that really pops off the page or a complex hexachrome project our operator’s are up to the challenge. With eight presses, from 1c – 6c, two with aqueous coaters and all but one 40” format we can get your project out the door when you need it.

We have followed up our serious investment in pre-press and the pressroom with best-in-class finishing equipment as well.  Multiple cutting systems, multiple MBO folding lines and Heidelberg and McCain stitching lines give us the firepower to process whatever comes our way.
